The Golden Rule

Virtually every religion in the world promotes kindness towards mankind as one of its primary virtues. What makes Christian kindness any different... or is it different? I believe that Christian kindness - or Brotherly Kindness as it is often translated in 2 Peter 1:5-7 - is something so completely different than anything the world knows.
